Before the cultivation of Spirulina micro-algae, we produced tomatoes, cucumbers and salads in our greenhouses.
First came the salads in January 2007. We produced salads until the winter of 2013, since then we have dedicated ourselves exclusively to spirulina.

The Spirulina nursery in June 2007. A small reservoir, where spirulina reaches a specific concentration, is used to seed large reservoirs.

Fresh vacuum-pressed paste, excellent to taste. Each pressed tray is dripped to control its flavour and also a little ......by "greediness" !!

In the drier. This step is important for the quality of the finished product, our drying at 40°maxi (low temperature) preserves the qualities of spirulina better than industrial drying (air dryer) at 200°.
