300 gr vacuum-packaged bag. Once the spirulina is dried we grind it lightly to make small flakes that we vacuum pack for better conservation. A bag of 100 grs is for a cure of 3 weeks to 1 month, at a rate of 3 grs per day (a big teaspoon). The flakes can be taken in different ways: you can put the spoon of spirulina on your tongue and swallow with a glass of water or fruit juice (vit c), you can put them on buttered toast or jam, in a yoghurt, in your plate of raw vegetables or soup (not too hot). Avoid cooking spirulina (loss of properties...). Enjoy!
