500 gr bag Once the spirulina is dried, we reduce it to a cold powder and vacuum pack it for a better conservation. A bag of 500 gr is for a cure of about 5 months, at a rate of 3 gr per day (a big teaspoon). The powder can be consumed in different ways: you can put it in a yoghurt, in your plate of raw vegetables or soup (not too hot). Avoid cooking spirulina (loss of properties...). The powder bags are not vacuum-packed, only sealed. Enjoy!
