2x 500gr bag. Once the spirulina is dried we reduce it to cold powder and condition it in a sealed sachet for better conservation. 2 sachets of 500 gr allow a cure of approximately 10 to 12 months, at the rate of 3 grs per day (a large teaspoon). The powder can be consumed in different ways: you can put it in a yogurt, on your plate of vegetables or soup (not too hot). Avoid cooking spirulina (loss of quality ...). Enjoy!
